Release 2.7.9808.02
• Fix to handle duplicate notifications when users leave the chat session due to intermittent network availability

Release 2.7.9803.02
• The text resources can now support different text depending on the skill-tag that is assigned to the chat
• For example, this queue has English and German enabled as skill-tag choices, so that a seeker can select their language (1)
• The Welcome Message text resource is configured to show an English message if the English skill-tag is selected, and a German message if German is selected
  • This is done with the xml-ish markup <tag tag="[skill-tag value]"></tag> (1)
  • All of this markup will be replaced with the message contained in between <tag> and </tag>, and any other tagged sections will be removed, when rendered and delivered to the seeker/agent
  • If there is no skill tag selected, or a skill tag is selected that doesn't match anything in the text resource, then the first tagged section will be used as a fallback
    • For example, if I picked Dutch as the skill-tag, then the English resource would be sent to me in the welcome message, because it is first
  • If there is some text that is not contained in the <tag></tag> blocks, it will always be rendered. Not sure we would ever want to do that, but that is how it would work
• If there aren't any skill-tag sections defined, then the text resource will behave as it has done before.
• For example, here, I haven't provided any skill-tag specific text for the Expert Connected Message (1)
