In some on-premise deployments, checking client capabilities for HTML message support could occur before the connection was fully established, and force messages to fall back to plain-text only support.
Fix for a race condition which could occur when a guest dropped the chat session while the agent was accepting the chat, which would result in the chat terminating, but still being recorded as connected.
Warm Transfer to a Level Two agent that is not in the queue
An agent may transfer a chat to another Skype user that is not a member of the queue.
These transfers will be tracked by Chime, and details will be reported in the session details, routing history, and in a new report.
Fix for an issue where the "Rate the session" page would error out and not record the guest's comment and rating
