Details:

• Added in server side caching for dashboards, monitoring panel, and other pages to reduce latency and speed up the refresh rate
• Added the ability for queues to have one or more “alias” dispatchers, which allows a queue to have more than one entry point into that queue.

• Ability to mark a connected session as completed
• Will now check Active Directory when Lync/S4B fails to pass us a display name (message sender appearing as null in the web client)

• Fixed edge case that prevented rollover queues from working correctly
• Added a configurable timeout limit for starting up a queue (helpful when a queue has several alias dispatchers)
