- UI Improvement - When initially Editing a schedule in the row, the default time is set from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- UI Improvement - If a user times out, they are now redirected to a role-appropriate page
- Agents redirect to Agent Dashboard
- Reviewers, Managers, and Admins redirect to the System Dashboard
- Guests are directed to the Home Page
- Added a setting to configure the Queue Dashboard Refresh Interval
- Fixed an issue where the timeout value for the Routing Tag Menu would default to 0 instead of 60
- Queue target values (ASA/Chat concurrency/Chat duration) now have default values (#2902)
- Queue Scheduling Issues - times appeared to shift after saving (#2915)
- Queue Dashboard Issue - does not update with # waiting (#2916)
- Agent Refresh button updates the ASA details not the agent IM status from the Queue Dashboard (#2918)
