If a guest drops out of the chat while the chat is being routed to an agent, that is no longer recorded
as a 'Declined' chat for the agent
The Agent Declined/Ignored report has been corrected to count only chats where the agent declined or
ignored the incoming chat (previously included guest drops, network errors, etc)
Fixed a timing issue when sending back the acknowledgement of the agent accepting a chat that in rare
cases resulted in a new empty chat window
