Chime 2.5 Service Release 2 (February 17, 2017)

Details:

• Various stability and performance improvements related to UCWA (Skype Online) based queues
• Dramatically reduce logging related to agent presence and possible overlapping event subscriptions which may generate excess log files
• Alert dispatching performance improvements - typically more than 3x performance improvements
• Alerting Updates:
  • Improve how overlapping scheduled alerts are dispatched
  • Don’t send email to people if alert has been manually stopped
  • Added support for displaying embedded video in Alert Assistant client application
  • Added a new ability to upload a text file of SIPURIs with a list of alert recipients
    • Adding alert recipients through a text file of SIPURIs (4)
• Dramatically reduce writes to QueueAvailability table
• Installation improvements related to SSL configuration
• Resolved issue where agent presses ‘y’ and request is not received due to additional HTML padding
• Resolve several issues importing people from AD group where certain people did not have a first or last name
