Main New Features:
Carriage returns will now display in text resources, not just "/n"
When a manager manually ends a chat from the Queue Dashboard Monitor Panel,
the chat is marked as "Disconnected" in the database
When an administrator forces a queue process to be ended (via the Control Panel),
all waiting and connected chat in the queue are marked as
"Disconnected" in the database
Bug Fixes:
Text Resource {SeekerSamAccount} will now display the seeker's login name when using
Lync on premise and Office365
Addressed issue if a seeker disconnected before the agent joined a conference,
the agent's concurrent chat count would be incorrect
